What is this Lucky Cat Arcade?

Lucky Cat Arcade is a celebration of Japanese culture and our local gaming community. We're a small business built to give gamers of every level an inclusive place to play and make lasting memories. We work closely with local gamers to shape the experience, and we're always adjusting based on how you actually use the space. All of it is made possible by your passion and support. Thank you.

Where is the Lucky Cat Arcade located?

You'll find us at 11201 Bass Pro Pkwy, Ste W117, Little Rock, AR 72210, right next door to Otaku Takeout, our connected retail space. The two spaces work together as one destination, so you can play, grab prizes, and shop in a single trip.

  • Monday–Thursday: 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
  • Friday–Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.

What's the difference between Time Play and Nekoins?

Time Play works on all the video games throughout the Edo-era Japanese-themed room of the arcade. Nekoins don't work on video games at all. They're made for prize redemption games found in the Lucky Cat Royale room of the arcade. Most visitors grab a little of both.

Do I need my own card, or can I share one?

Each player needs their own card. Our system has a short delay between swipes that discourages sharing, and our staff will kindly walk anyone through it if it comes up. It keeps things fair and keeps the games running smoothly for everyone.

How does Otaku Takeout fit in?

Otaku Takeout is our retail space right next door, and it's where you'll load or reload your Lucky Cat card and redeem your prizes at the counter. The arcade and the shop are built to work as one, so the whole trip flows together.

I've never been to a Japanese-style arcade. Will I feel lost?

Not at all. Whether you're a first-timer or a lifelong gamer, you belong here. Our staff are happy to show you the ropes, explain how the cards work, and point you toward games you'll love. Come as you are and take it at your own pace.

Can I bring my kids?

Absolutely, we're an all-ages destination. Young children just need to be accompanied by an adult (more on that in the guidelines below).

Do you host birthdays and group events?

We do, and it's one of our favorite things. We offer birthday packages and group rates built to make celebrations easy. Check our Pricing page for the details, or reach out and we'll help you plan.

Gaming Guidelines

A few simple guidelines keep Lucky Cat Arcade welcoming for everyone who walks in:

  • We have a zero-tolerance discrimination policy.
  • Everyone is welcome here, and we mean everyone.
  • Please don't harass other patrons. Mocking, teasing, or any other form of harassment will result in the offender being asked to leave without a refund.
  • Cards are for individual use only. Our system is built so each player has their own card, with a delay between swipes to discourage sharing. Our staff will kindly review this with anyone who shares.
  • Young children must be accompanied by an adult.
    Horseplay is not allowed in the arcade. Keep it fun and keep it safe.
  • Please don't eat food in the arcade. Snacks are best enjoyed outside the game floor.
  • Keep beverages on the designated tables. That way you don’t risk damaging the machines.
